This pattern from the Puchi Collective is great for beginner sewers like me. I sewed these by hand as my bobbin keeps sucking down the material and thread. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I have light-medium and medium-heavy needles but both have messed up. These are made from fat quarters. I am going to get some iron-on interfacing soon so the bodies don’t get stained, I don’t want to risk it after the black dress left a little residue. I glued down the neck, armholes, and bottom hem for a crisper look and sewed the sides. This project is perfect for doing while having TV marathons on Netflix. Breaking Bad is so good…and also a great example of why neighborhood watches are important. Lol.
