I was raised a Catholic so Easter is associated with lots and lots of Church. Did you even know there was a Holy Thursday? I did, I had to go to mass! I remember the midnight mass where I had to listen to the whole story of creation or Good Friday’s shouting of “We want Barabas!”. Why the hell would I choose a murderer over some guy preaching love? So, I guess this is a final goodbye to religious Easter. Hello, peeps and pastels!

Now I don’t have to give up anything for 40 days to gorge myself on chocolate bunnies and Peeps, lol.

I am sleeping on matresses on the floor

Near the city of fast-paced fashionistas and buiness drones.

Near the city of love, ideas, and culture.

At least that’s what I thought of NYC. If you follow me on my twitter(pictures!) you would know that I was on SPRING BREAK!! I went to NY and NJ and I left Friday. After Photoshopping I will post my best pictures here.

Add a little color to your day!

Buy candles in any color.

 

These small donuts look so good I could eat them!

 

Reminds me of chalk sawdust from when I was a kid. I would love to mash these up, especially if the result is always this beautiful.

 

This art installation is three different layers: magenta, yellow, and magenta. When different colored lights shine on the walls only certain layers are visible.
